  • You may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

2. Conditions for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • We cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered in any way, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

3. Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item(s). We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.
